Learn How to make Self-Care a Priority
Many of us have heard the term self-care and probably have some initial thoughts or emotional responses when hearing the term. That’s because it’s crucial to living a healthy life, but is challenging for many of us to maintain. My definition of self-care is any action or practice that allows you to be your best self. There’s no exact formula or a one size fits all approach. Self-care should be individualized and constantly re-evaluated. This course helps you to determine your level of self-care and create strategies that work for you to sustain a healthy level of self-care.
